The problem we set out to fix

Type any payment method plus the word casino into a search engine and you get lists. What you almost never get is an answer to the only question that matters: does the method go through at the cashier, today, from a UK account?

Advertised support and working support are different things. A logo in a footer costs an operator nothing. We treat that logo as a claim to check, not as evidence.

How a method gets tested

Before a payment route appears on this site it goes through the same sequence:

  • Read the operator's own terms. Deposit methods, withdrawal methods and the restrictions on each are usually spelled out, and often contradict the footer logos.
  • Read the payment provider's terms. Several UK providers block gambling merchant categories outright. When that is the case, no casino setting can override it, and we say so plainly.
  • Check the withdrawal path. A method that takes money in but cannot pay it out is a trap, not a feature.
  • Check the licence is verifiable. A licence number we can look up in the regulator's own register, not a badge image.

What you will not find here

No scores out of ten. A single number hides the trade-off that actually decides whether a site suits you.

No screenshots of review platforms. Ratings there move, get filtered and get gamed, and quoting a number from a moment in time tells you nothing useful.
